Our stay by Marcus’s place was wonderful. The house was beautiful cozy clean newly renovated well decorated and Spacious. Even better than the pictures. The view from the house was amazing! Great location near bus stop that gets you to ski lift and anywhere in town in just a few minutes. Our best experience on Airbnb.highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Laax! The house and views are amazing and we enjoyed the quietness. The center of Laax is very sweet too. Great quality of everything in the whole kitchen. Parking space is also nice. Wifi works well :) Thanks for our stay in your beautiful house!

What amenities are available at the house? 
The house has everything you need: Fresh linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen including basic condiments, a washer and dryer, a large TV, fast wifi, a BBQ, sun chairs, an iron and ironing board, a baby bed, two kids chairs, bathroom essentials, cleaning supplies, and an EV charger.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
We’ll send you clear arrival instructions and are flexible when possible.
Is parking available?
Yes. You’ll have free private parking for up to 4 cars (3x outside, 1x in a garage).
Is there Wi-Fi?
Absolutely. The house is equipped with fast, reliable Wi-Fi, so whether you're working remotely or streaming a movie, you’re covered.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes! You’ll find everything you need. Stove, oven, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, and basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and spices. There are also both fondue and raclette supplies for 10 people.
Are towels and linens provided?
Yes, fresh bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries are included in your stay.
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but the house is not pet-friendly at this time, to maintain comfort for all guests.
Is the house suitable for kids or families?
Absolutely! In fact, it was designed for 2 families to enjoy an epic holiday. It suits 5 couples or 10 solo travelers or anything in between - but families are explicitly welcome.
Where’s the nearest shop or restaurant?
Just a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive takes you to the Laax, where there is a bakery, grocery store, and cozy restaurants.
Is the house heated/cooled?
Yes. The house has heating for cooler nights. Cooling is not required as summers don't get overly hot, and the house is well insulated.
Why book on here rather than on Airbnb? 
Airbnb is great, and get a lot of guests from Airbnb. However, they're also not cheap, they charge us a hefty commission, which we partially have to pass on to our guests. So, by booking here, there are no fees for us or you, so you get a slightly better deal for the exact same thing.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. If you need to cancel closer to your stay, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
